Before you share, double-check the edges

Scan the whole frame — browser tabs, bookmarks, a taskbar clock, notification badges, and reflections can leak identity.
If a name appears twice (e.g. a header and a row), redact it in both places.
A visible URL or address bar can identify the exact student record — cover it too.
PDFs aren’t supported here: a black box over PDF text often leaves the text selectable underneath. Screenshot the PDF page first, then redact the image.
